Garden note · Multi-location

Every branch has its own calendar

The classic chain mistake: one national campaign for locations living different realities. The downtown branch and the neighborhood one share neither the holiday, nor the festival, nor the customer.

Two layers of dates

On top, the common calendar: Hot Sale, Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day. Below, each branch's layer: its city's holiday, its neighborhood festival, its anniversary, its area's event. The winning campaign adds both layers: mother message, local execution.

Budget goes to the area that performs

With several branches, cost per inquiry is compared across areas — and mid-season the budget moves to the one bringing cheaper inquiries. A spreadsheet at month's end does not do that: daily operation does, with every move logged.

One view for the owner

A chain's garden report is not one report per branch taped together: it is the consolidated view (what the chain's inquiry cost) with the per-area detail below, to decide where to plant next.
